Complaint
The purpose of the act in a way that is transparent and in line with the best practices available in the market, we have put in place an Ombudsman is totally independent and discreet, so as to ensure the freedom of all that want to get in touch to commend, recommend, ask questions, and reporting practices that are not in accordance with the ethical standards of the Company.
All complaints will be co-ordinated by the Ombudsman's office carefully, respecting the values of Mining Stones, and the confidentiality of those who report it.

Who can make a complaint?
Discrimination and harassment in the workplace;
Labor-management relations;
The Environment, health and safety,
Conflicts of Interest, fraud or other illegal acts;
Improper use or misuse of the goods, or information;
The business practices are inappropriate.

The user is in any of the Channel, the office of the Ombudsman will preserve you total anonymity, even in cases where they want to be identified. In addition to this, the information will be treated in the strictest confidence. It is also assured of confidentiality, neutrality and impartiality in the treatment of the collection and archiving of information.
